We take the standard gauge brother 842 or 872 basic twin needle lock stitch sewing machine, we completely remove all the machine parts, then the arm is split from the bed. The whole casting is re engineered to accommodate our custom made needle gauge size of 65mm. The special foot we make guides the tape so the operator only has to guide the curtian fabric. we then add a complimentary puller feed to ensure even feeding without twisting or roping of the curtain top.
